Culture is what people say about you

Culture is not simply what an organisation says. It is what its people experience and what they say about their time with the team.

One PSS team member recently thanked colleagues for the support, guidance and opportunities they received throughout their time with us. They highlighted how encouragement and a positive environment contributed to their growth and development.

They also spoke about the valuable experiences and lessons they will carry forward. Feedback like this matters because it reflects the kind of workplace we continue to build: supportive, positive and focused on helping people develop.
