People & Workplace Wellbeing Award Winners 2026

This award means a huge amount to us because people are at the heart of PSS. From supporting our teams and investing in development to creating a positive workplace where people feel valued, we’re proud of the culture we’re building together.

A huge thank you to our incredible PSS team. This one belongs to every single one of you, and to the Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce for a fantastic evening and for recognising the work happening across our local business community.

We went along hoping for a good night… and came home with a shiny trophy!
